What is Daxxify®?
Daxxify® is an FDA-approved neuromodulator by Revance Aesthetics designed to smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows. Like Botox®, it’s made with botulinum toxin type A, but Daxxify® is the first and only injectable of its kind stabilized with a peptide-based technology instead of human or animal byproducts. This innovation helps the product bind more effectively to nerve receptors, allowing for smoother results and longer-lasting effects.

Who is a Candidate?
Healthy adults who want to reduce frown lines or wrinkles caused by facial movement are great candidates for Daxxify®. Ideal patients are not pregnant or breastfeeding, have realistic expectations, and are seeking a non-surgical solution for smoother, refreshed skin. Any active skin infections or open wounds should be fully healed before treatment.
What to Expect
Your treatment will take approximately 15–30 minutes. After cleansing the skin, your provider will carefully administer Daxxify® using a fine needle in precise areas such as the forehead or brow. A topical numbing agent can be applied for added comfort if needed. The number of injections varies depending on the strength of your muscles and desired results.
Most patients return to their normal activities immediately after treatment.

You may notice mild redness, tenderness, or swelling at the injection sites, which typically resolves within a few days. To ensure optimal results, avoid strenuous activity, excessive heat, and pressure on the treated area for 24 hours.
Most patients begin to see visible results within one to two days, with full effects developing after about a week. Results can last up to six months, depending on individual factors. To maintain a consistently smooth and refreshed look, our providers generally recommend follow-up treatments around the four-month mark.
